These terms apply to all purchases made on Johanna Rosey’s secondhand clothing platform.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

  1. Products

Johanna Rosey offers carefully selected secondhand clothing.
Each item is unique and sold as-is. Please read the product descriptions and view all photos thoroughly before purchasing.

  1. Orders

An order represents your intention to purchase the item(s) selected.
Johanna Rosey reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to errors in availability, pricing or suspected fraud.
Your order is only confirmed once you receive an official order confirmation by email.

  1. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT (if applicable).
Payment must be completed using one of the methods available at checkout.
Shipping costs are FREE!

  1. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery time is within 7 days, depending on your location.
We are not responsible for customs delays or additional import duties.

  1. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of secondhand items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final.
Please make sure you are satisfied with the condition, size, and style of the item before placing your order.

  1. Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 48 hours at info@johannarosey.com with photos and your order number.
We will assess the situation and offer a suitable solution if applicable.
We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery.

  1. Condition of Items

All items are pre-owned and may show signs of wear.
We aim to describe the condition of each item as accurately as possible. Minor imperfections are part of the character of secondhand clothing.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the condition as described.

  1. Liability

Johanna Rosey is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or financial loss resulting from the use of our products.
Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the item(s).

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, texts, and logos—is the property of Johanna Rosey or used with permission.
You may not copy, use, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

  1. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with the GDPR.
Your personal data is only used to process your order and communicate with you, unless you opt in to receive marketing emails.

  1. Governing Law

All purchases and agreements are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
